*4. Non-Criminal Record Certificate issued by the police or former school.

Applicants who do have difficulties due to the pandemic situation should submit the non-criminal punishment statement.

*5. Medical examination form issued by hospitals

Applicants who do have difficulties due to the pandemic situation should submit the health condition statement.

6. Applicants for Music, Dance, Performance, Fine Arts programs should submit at least 5 art works or videos.

7. Applicants who are currently living in China should also submit the scanned copy of the valid visa or resident permit

*8. English language proficiency certificate

*9. Scanned copy of the passport (main page of the passport, in JPG, PNG or PDF format)

*10. Recent photo (passport size, in JPG or PNG format)

*11. Scanned copy of the senior high school diploma

Applicants who are about to graduate should provide a certificate of impending graduation with the estimated graduation time on it from their current academic institution. In this case, the actural diploma should be submitted before August 31, 2023.

*12. Scanned copy of complete senior high school academic transcripts

Academic Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.
Applicants who have already taken courses in universities or colleges should also provide the university/college transcripts.

13. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct

Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
